Privacy notice

Swift Stakes is an independent construction planning and locate-record app provided by Mason Earl. This notice describes version 2.2.

Information stored locally

The app stores the profile information you enter, project and company details, drawn boundaries and coordinates, work instructions, ticket confirmation text, official dates, and recent map searches locally on your device. It also stores preferences such as whether you completed setup or enabled local reminders. Swift Stakes does not require an account or operate a workspace server in this version.

Maps, center websites, and sharing

Apple Maps processes searches and location information needed to display maps and find addresses. When you open form assistance, the app fills your saved details into the relevant 811 center's website. That website may receive and process information under its own terms and privacy policy, including before you press its submit button. Review those policies before using the service.

If you choose to export a PDF or share a support message, the information is passed to the destination or app you select. Review the content and recipient before sending. If you contact support, the information you include is received through the chosen support channel and used to respond to your request.

The production app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or a configured AI service. Local expiration notifications are scheduled on your device after you allow notifications; they do not require a push-notification server.

Storage and removal

Edit profile details in Settings and control reminders in Automations or iOS Settings. Deleting the app removes its local workspace from that device; removing its Home Screen icon alone does not. Device backups may retain app information depending on your Apple settings, and exported copies remain at their chosen destinations. Manage those backups and copies separately. Contact support to request removal of information you sent directly to support.
